- When are you opening?
As soon as possible. Construction began on February 16th, 2023, and we will work as quickly as possible with our vendors and contractors to get open as quickly as possible. Our goal is to open in the late summer/fall of 2023.

- Is your facility safe and secure?
Yes, we certainly believe so! One of the benefits of having on-site owners and managers is that we keep an eye on everything. A top priority will always be the safety of our customers and the security of your stored boat and/or RV. Our physical location also helps, as we are located away from much of the riff raff you might find at other locations.
- Is your facility clean?
Absolutely! We like to consider our business to be a 'Class A Facility'. Facility owners and managers perform routine cleaning and trash pickup and any other maintenance or other task required to keep the facility in top notch condition. Of course we also depend on exceptional customers to take pride in the facility and help keep it clean as well.
- Do you have any amenities?
You bet! When we open, we plan to have a two-lane boat wash area, RV dump station with rinse water and fresh water, Ice machine, restroom and vending machines.

- What are the storage spaces like?
Easy! The parking surface is awesome! no weeds, mud, or potholes here! All recycled and compacted asphalt. Smooth and hard parking surfaces throughout the facility. Additionally, each space is individually numbered and marked to help prevent any encroaching from neighbors, etc. Also, spaces are comfortable 12 foot wide and positioned on minimum 30 degree angle on drivers side. This means no blind spot when backing in = Easy!
- Why should I choose your facility?
For starters, location, location, location!
Less than 3 minutes to the boat launch at Tickey Creek Park - Lake Lavon. Storing closer means getting on the water faster and staying longer! Your time is valuable, so maximize it! No more towing your valuable toys through congested trafiic wasting time and risking accidents. And with our on-site boat wash, no more wasting time at the expensive car wash either. Get in, get out, get on the water and get home faster and easier.
